Sarah Tatum

Human Resources Operations Specialist

I love connecting with people, connecting people with resources, and connecting resources with research.

Sarah joined the Center in 2022 supporting all employee-facing human resource touch points. She provides strong partnership across the organization through timely and reliable employee support. Since 2023, Sarah has coordinated the implementation of an updated recruiting and onboarding process for employees, fellows, interns, and Teaching Hospital visitors.

Sarah brought seven prior years of operations experience to the Center, including five years in conservation nonprofit operations and human resources. She received her BA in History from Colorado College in 2016 - ask her about her areas of interest and research!

Outside of work, Sarah is a yogi, collects carnivorous & house plants, and enjoys spending time with loved ones - animals and humans alike.
